1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service provided by jilbay (referred to herein as "jilbay," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jilbay platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jilbay. Your use of the Platform confirms your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. jilbay reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for, access, or use any jilbay services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jilbay employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jilbay services are intended exclusively for individuals who are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your actual geographic location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilbay reserves the right to use geolocation technology to verify user location.

2.3 Account Registration

To use jilbay's services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide your true legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and other required personal information;
• Keep your account information up to date at all times;
• Maintain only one (1) active jilbay account — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Not create an account on behalf of any other person or entity;
• Not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any other person to access or use your jilbay account.

jilbay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, misleading, or incomplete information or that violates any provision of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credential Protection

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilbay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.2 Unauthorized Use

You must notify jilbay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilbay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your actions or negligence. You agree to indemnify jilbay for any losses arising from such unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

jilbay reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• Use of the Platform in a manner that jilbay reasonably believes may harm the Platform, other users, or jilbay's reputation or business interests.

Upon termination, your right to access and use jilbay services will immediately cease. jilbay may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining account balance or winnings if the account was terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilbay accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which may include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers from authorized Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), cryptocurrency wallets, and other e-wallet services. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. jilbay reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limitations

jilbay may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which will be clearly displayed at the time of deposit. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits. All deposit transactions are subject to verification and approval by jilbay and the respective payment processor.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your jilbay account must be fully verified, including submission and approval of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless jilbay, in its sole discretion, approves an alternative method. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

jilbay processes approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the Platform for each payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected, verification status, and external factors beyond jilbay's control, including bank processing schedules and e-wallet provider policies. jilbay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jilbay operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. jilbay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, transaction, or user at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any requested documentation or information. Failure to comply may result in suspension of withdrawals or account termination.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generator Certification

All casino games, slot machines, and betting outcomes on the jilbay platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jilbay, users, or any third party.

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain;
• Using any form of unfair advantage, including but not limited to card counting systems in live dealer games;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other forms of risk-free betting strategies;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions;
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of jilbay's software;
• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. jilbay reserves the right to void any bets, winnings, or transactions arising from prohibited activities.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilbay may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials or on the Platform. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements) before they can be withdrawn. 8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content without the express prior written permission of jilbay. • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content;
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or platform downtime;
• Loss or theft of funds due to your failure to maintain account security.

In no event shall jilbay's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your jilbay account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilbay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use or misuse of the jilbay platform;

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilbay platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact jilbay's customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

13. Modifications to Terms

jilbay reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. When changes are made, jilbay will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the jilbay platform after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilbay regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
